Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the full right to delete your Karaads account and associated data. In accordance with Google Play and international data protection standards, this page allows you to initiate account and data erasure anytime.

Permanent Action Warning

Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your profile, posts, reels, photos, videos, messages, and earnings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

01. What Data is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following personal data is permanently deleted from our active servers:

Profile InformationName, username, bio, profile photo, cover image, email, phone number, and account credentials.

Posts & Media ContentAll posts, reels, moments, videos, images, comments, reactions, and saved items you published.
💬
Messages & Chat HistoryDirect messages, voice notes, sticker activity, and conversation records in private and group threads.
📱
Social Connections & DevicesFollowers, following lists, block lists, active device push tokens, and login session tokens.

02. What Data May Be Retained & Why

Under Google Play Developer Policy and international financial regulations, certain limited records may be retained for legally mandated retention periods:

•Financial & Payout Records: If you have completed withdrawals or monetization transactions, payout receipts and bank payment references are retained for up to 5 to 7 years in accordance with applicable tax, banking, and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
•Security & Moderation Logs: Anonymized security logs (without personally identifiable data) may be preserved temporarily to prevent recurring fraud, abuse, or terms-of-service evasion.

03. Ways to Delete Your Account

In-App or Web Settings (Instant)

If you have access to your account on the Karaads mobile app or web platform:

  1. Open the Karaads app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the menu and navigate to Settings → Password & Security.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, use the form below to submit a verified account deletion request.

Direct Email Request

You can also email our privacy desk directly at privacy@karaads.com or support@karaads.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

04. Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests submitted via the web form or email are processed within 30 days of verification. When deleted, your account is immediately deactivated and rendered inaccessible to other users, followed by the permanent erasure of stored media and personal records from our databases.
